How the SKU reads
Nominal dimensions are planning labels, not construction drawings. Metric conversions are rounded display references. Images include optional accessories. Final outside dimensions, openings and structural criteria must be documented in the approved specification.
U.S. shipping plan
Through June 2027, all configurations ship from Chongqing. Beginning in July 2027, select standard SKUs are planned for inventory in Los Angeles.
Now through June 2027
Standard kits and custom orders are built to the approved configuration and quoted DDP to the destination ZIP code.
Beginning July 2027
Select in-stock standard SKUs are planned to ship through a domestic warehouse. Actual inventory will determine which orders qualify for Los Angeles fulfillment.
How the route is assigned
Los Angeles is planned for select standard inventory. Chongqing will continue to build custom and non-stock orders.
Los Angeles fulfillment is a forward-looking plan for July 2027. Before an order is accepted, the written quote will confirm launch status, eligible SKUs, inventory, shipping terms, and the actual ship-from location.
Kit components
The frame, louvered roof, integrated gutters, wiring chases, hardware, and finish all need to match the approved configuration.
Lay out the table, grill, sectional, or spa first. Add chair pullback, walkways, and required clearances from cooking and fire equipment. Size the roof for the way people will move through the space.
The post bases must anchor to a structural concrete slab, engineered footings, or another approved substrate. Pavers are typically a finish surface, not a foundation. Have the footing and anchor design confirmed for the site.
Wind exposure, snow load, rainfall, freeze-thaw conditions, coastal exposure, and existing roof runoff can affect the structure and drainage plan. Provide the jobsite address early so the applicable design criteria can be reviewed.
Motors, LEDs, retractable screens, glass panels, heaters, and outlets may require dedicated wiring paths or mounting preparation. Include them in the quote instead of assuming they can be added later.
